Interior Design · Modular System
Overview
A system of modular spaces adaptable to any context.
By analyzing the spaces within the campuses of the Politecnico di Milano, areas have emerged that need to be reorganized or designed, as they are still searching for a purpose. With Systemo, we aim to intervene in all environments that require refunctionalization by thinking of a modular system, proposed in various sizes, that lends itself to infinite configurations. This will allow it to adapt to any space, responding to the needs of those who experience the university environment every day, hosting functional but, above all, flexible spaces. They will also be characterized by a significant visual impact, making them immediately recognizable. The theme of identity is of fundamental importance for our project, which will aim to create a system of environments that, wherever they are placed, will be instantly associated with the Politecnico di Milano.
Many areas within university campuses like Politecnico di Milano lack a clear purpose, leaving spaces underutilized or disorganized while failing to meet the evolving, flexible needs of daily campus life or maintain a cohesive institutional identity.
Systemo addresses this by providing a flexible modular space system available in various sizes that can be endlessly reconfigured to refunctionalize any area. Designed with high visual impact, it instantly adapts to user needs while creating a recognizable, unified brand identity that connects each space to Politecnico di Milano.
